We focus on 30-50 truly outstanding growth companies. All companies we choose to invest in must deliver minimum future normalized earnings growth at least 50% faster than the S&P 500 - beyond an economic cycle. The companies must sustain rapid earnings gains through high-unit volume growth strategies, superior returns on capital, and below-average levels of debt.

Selective
We choose only companies that dominate their industries or niches, are product innovators and are low-cost producers. Our disciplined approach has resulted in low dispersion and excellent long-term returns. Historic earnings growth has averaged more than 20% a year, and turnover has averaged less than 25%.
